Randy Oxier

My name is Randy Oxier and my wife Delpha and I own Express Septic Service. We provide septic tank pumping service, drainline cleaning, pump replacement, drainfield repairs and restoration, alternative septic system monitoring and maintenance, home sale inspections, and septic system retrofitting in Pierce, Kitsap and Mason Counties.

I started my septic service career in February 1982 pumping septic tanks. In 1997 I became a Maintenance Specialist at the inception of Kitsap County’s maintenance program and as Pierce and Mason counties adopted their maintenance programs, I became a Maintenance Specialist with them as well. I have attended many classes sponsored by WOSSA since attending my first class in April 1997, and have attended many trade shows and educational seminars sponsored by The Pumper Magazine since 1991.

I strongly believe in keeping myself educated in the latest application of technologies in the septic industry, and, educating my customers as well in how their septic system works, the function of the components of their septic system, and the preventative maintenance needed to extend the life of their septic system.

I have witnessed an incredible amount of change in our industry, including the modernization and total evolution of the septic tank pump truck, the technical and operational standards of the new septic systems that are being installed today, the training standards that are needed and required to keep up your knowledge with the level of sophistication and requirements to properly service some of these newer systems.

And last, but not least, we have become an industry that is highly recognized by providing a vital service to our environment, and to our customers that trust and depend on us to advice, maintain, and repair their system when needed.

Delpha Oxier

My name is Delpha Oxier. I grew up in this industry and after working in a family business, and experiencing the changes that where happening within the company, in 2012 my husband and I had the perfect opportunity to start Express Septic Service.

I believe in treating our customers with old fashioned customer service, by giving our customer personal attention and focusing on their individual needs. Our focus is client education, service, and excellence in customer relations.
